Nine Star Education and Employment Services Featured Non-Profit at Local AFL Game

(Anchorage, Alaska) – On Thursday, September 13th, part of the proceeds from a much-anticipated football game between the Eagle River Broncos and the Anchorage Cowboys will benefit Nine Star Education and Employment services, a local non-profit that has helped thousands of Alaskans gain long-term employment and avoid financial assistance.

“This is an opportunity for members of the community, football lovers, Nine Star alumni, staff, and board members to come together for fun and to support our mission to help Alaskans get a job, keep a job, and succeed on the job,” said Ruth Schoenleben, President and CEO of Nine Star Education and Employment Services. “We are grateful to Abe Hernandez, owner of the AFL for this opportunity.”
