Linda Hulbert is local business owner, with offices in both Fairbanks and Anchorage. Originally from New York, she travelled the world and fell in love with Alaska. Arriving here in 1968, she spent most of the first 20 years as an educator, focusing on adult education and job training programs. Widowed at an early age, Linda devoted herself to creating a better life for her children as well as for our state. For nearly 30 years, she has been an agent of New York Life; assisting others with their estate planning, business development, and charitable giving. Linda has a passion for helping others learn to help themselves and serve their communities. She has focused her voluntary energy on education and employment training, including memberships on the Alaska State Workforce Investment Board, Alaska Human Resources Investment Council; Private Industry Council of Fairbanks, Nine Star Education & Employment Services Board of Directors, and as a Trustee of the University of Alaska Foundation. Linda lives in Fairbanks, near her 2 children and 4 grandchildren, and travels often for both business and pleasure.

As Linda leaves the Board of Directors of Nine Star Education & Employment Services after 43 years of service, we want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for investing your life into the lives of others so the quality of life improved for countless Alaskans.
